ANGKOR QUANTUM FENG SHUI & HEALING, trading as The Raised Game and The Rejuvenation, Registration No. 5000470967, of Trapeang Treng, Sala Kamreuk, Siem Reap, Siemreap, Cambodia, is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

  2. 1.2

You can contact us about privacy matters at [email protected].

  3. 1.3

This Privacy Policy supplements our Terms & Conditions. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms & Conditions. The Raised Game is the athletes’ front door to the Programme, which runs under the name The Rejuvenation; members sign in to the members’ area at members.therejuvenation.com.

Section 2

Scope of This Policy

  1. 2.1

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through theraisedgame.com (including its enquiry form and the messaging channels it offers), members.therejuvenation.com, our onboarding, intake and consent flows, session scheduling and delivery, wallet and gifting features, account management, support communications, team programmes, and other interactions connected with The Raised Game and The Rejuvenation.

  2. 2.2

By sending an enquiry, creating an account, purchasing a Membership, submitting an intake or consent form, sending or claiming a gift, or otherwise using the Site or App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, but this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

Section 3

Personal Data We Collect

  1. 3.1

Enquiry data. When you use the enquiry form on theraisedgame.com, we collect what you choose to give: your name or a made-up name, your sport and level, your age, how you would like to be reached and the number, handle or address for it, and, if you add them, your club, your time zone, your next big fixture, what you would most like to improve, and whether you are an athlete, an agent or manager, club staff, or a parent. The form sends this to our enquiry address by email and stores nothing on the website or on any server of ours beyond that email.

  2. 3.2

Account and identity data. This includes your name or pseudonym, preferred name, email address, password hash, city or country, account settings, subscription status, and related account identifiers.

  3. 3.3

Health and wellbeing data. Depending on what you choose to provide, this may include your goals, injuries, conditions or areas of concern, medications, contraindications or restrictions, lifestyle information, health-screening disclosures, a fully clothed full-body photo, Baseline self-assessment scores, and practitioner notes. We treat this category with heightened care. You never have to recount your past or anything painful; tell us only what you want to work on.

  4. 3.4

Financial and transaction data. This includes Membership tier, billing status, credit balances, invoice and subscription status, gifts sent or received, and transaction history. We do not store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account details; payment processing is handled by Stripe.

  5. 3.5

Session and Programme data. This includes session requests, plan selections, scheduling dates and times, session types selected, session-completion metadata, practitioner time zone at delivery, gift details, and related operational history.

  6. 3.6

Technical and usage data. This includes IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, logs, tokens, authentication events, security events, and limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and debug the Site and App. theraisedgame.com itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

  7. 3.7

Communication data. This includes emails and messages exchanged with us, gift messages, operational notifications, and any information you choose to send through optional communication channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat.

  8. 3.8

Club and team data. Where a club or team engages a programme, we hold the contact details of the staff we deal with, the written consents of the players taking part, and any squad-level measures the club chooses to share with us. Those figures remain the club’s.

Section 4

How We Collect Data

  1. 4.1

Directly from you. We collect data when you send an enquiry, create an account, complete onboarding, intake or consent forms, purchase or renew a Membership, request a session, complete a Baseline, send or claim a gift, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Site or App.

  2. 4.2

Automatically from your use of the App. We collect operational information through authentication systems, server logs, essential cookies or local storage, security tools, and limited diagnostic logs needed to keep the App secure and functioning.

  3. 4.3

From service providers. We receive subscription and payment-status information from Stripe, authentication and database information from Supabase, email-delivery data from Resend, infrastructure and delivery-related logs from hosting or protection providers such as Cloudflare, and scheduling metadata from tools such as Google or Calendly if those are enabled or used.

  4. 4.4

From a parent, guardian, agent or club. Where someone enquires or consents on an athlete’s behalf, we collect what they give us about the athlete and about themselves, and we ask them to confirm they are entitled to share it.

Section 5

Health and Wellbeing Data

  1. 6.1

Health and wellbeing information is sensitive data in many jurisdictions. Where required by law, we ask for your explicit consent before collecting or using such information for onboarding, tailoring, and administration of the Programme.

  2. 6.2

If you withhold or withdraw the consent needed for us to process required health or wellbeing information, we may be unable to start or continue some or all of the Programme.

Anything you volunteer about an injury, an illness or your health, in the form or in a message, is read by Jonathan K and used only to decide whether and how the sessions can help alongside your own care. We never share it with your club, your agent or anyone else without your written consent, except where the law requires it or where there is a real risk to your safety or someone else’s.

Section 7

Sharing Data and Service Providers

  1. 7.1

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

  2. 7.2

We share personal data only where reasonably necessary to operate the Site and App, deliver the Programme, process payments, send service communications, provide security, obtain professional advice, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

  3. 7.3

Within the practice, your name is known to Jonathan K alone; his team works from your initials. He never publishes your name or says it, and never names a member, a player or a club.

  4. 7.4

Current service providers may include Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Lovable, Google services where enabled, Cloudflare (which also hosts theraisedgame.com and runs its enquiry form), and optional convenience tools such as Calendly or messaging platforms chosen by you. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy framework.

  5. 7.5

If you choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, or a similar service, that provider will also process your data according to its own terms and privacy practices. Please use those channels only if you are comfortable doing so.

  6. 7.6

We may add or replace service providers over time. If a new provider materially changes how personal data is handled, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or consent flow required by law before the change goes live.

  7. 7.7

We do not intentionally use your personal data, health data, enquiry or intake responses, photographs, or practitioner notes to train our own artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not intentionally submit that material to third-party generative AI systems for training, fine-tuning, or model development. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy first and obtain any consent required by law.

  2. 8.2

Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical, or organisational protections for the transfer.

Section 9

Retention

  1. 9.1

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain business records, to address disputes or complaints, to comply with law, or to protect rights and security.

Section 10

Your Rights

  1. 10.1

Depending on your location and the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

  2. 10.2

To exercise a privacy right, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

  3. 10.3

Deletion requests are subject to lawful exceptions, including financial, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, and legitimate record-keeping needs.

  4. 10.4

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may also complain to a competent privacy or data-protection regulator in your jurisdiction where such a right exists.

Section 11

Security

  1. 11.1

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

  2. 11.2

These measures may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported by the underlying service provider, role-based access control, row-level security in the database, hashed password storage, rate limiting, two-factor authentication for privileged access, and audit logging of administrative actions. The enquiry form is sent over HTTPS and nothing from it is kept in your browser or placed in a web address.

  3. 11.3

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting you, we will investigate it, take reasonable containment and remediation steps, and provide any notices required by applicable law.

Section 12

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

  1. 12.1

theraisedgame.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. The members’ area uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage needed for authentication, security, session continuity, and essential functions.

  2. 12.2

We do not currently use non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, social-media pixels, or similar non-essential tracking technologies.

  3. 12.3

If we introduce non-essential cookies, analytics, marketing tools, CRM tools, error-tracking tools, or similar technologies in future, we will update this Privacy Policy and any related cookie notice or consent flow before activating them, and we will obtain consent where required by law.

Section 13

Marketing Communications

  1. 13.1

We do not currently send routine marketing emails, promotional newsletters, or similar direct-marketing messages. Current communications are service-related and operational, such as replies to your enquiry, billing notices, session reminders, credit alerts, support replies, gift notifications, and important legal or account notices.

  2. 13.2

If we introduce optional marketing communications in future, we will use a separate opt-in where required and provide a clear unsubscribe or preference-management method.

Section 14

Gifting

  1. 14.1

When you send a gift, we process the sender’s details, recipient email address, and any personal message needed to deliver and administer the gift.

  2. 14.2

Gift recipients must create or access their own account and provide their own privacy acknowledgements and any required consents before services are directed to them.

  3. 14.3

We may tell the sender whether a gift has been delivered, claimed, or redeemed where needed to administer the gift. We do not share the recipient’s health data, intake responses, practitioner notes, or outcomes with the sender unless the recipient separately requests this or the law requires it.

Section 15

Testimonials and Publicity

  1. 15.1

We may use anonymised or non-identifiable testimonials or de-identified screenshots for promotional purposes.

  2. 15.2

We will not publish your name, photograph, likeness, voice, video, handle, club, or other identifiable details in a testimonial or case study without your separate written consent. The photographs on theraisedgame.com are for illustration only and show neither Jonathan K nor any member.

Section 16

Practitioner Notes and Recordings

  1. 16.1

Practitioner notes are private internal records used to tailor and administer the Programme. They are not medical records.

  2. 16.2

Sessions are ordinarily delivered remotely and do not require live audio or video calls. We do not record live sessions or calls, or create audio or video recordings of you, unless we tell you in advance and obtain any consent required by law.

Section 17

Clubs, Agents and Non-Disclosure

  1. 17.1

Where a club engages a programme, the measures it nominates and the squad-level figures it reviews with us remain the club’s. No individual player’s medical data is shared with the club, or anyone else, without that player’s written consent.

  2. 17.2

Where an athlete, agent or club asks for it, Jonathan K and his company sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first call. It never restricts a safeguarding report, a disclosure to medical staff, cooperation with an anti-doping organisation, or a disclosure the law requires. Only a real risk to someone’s safety would otherwise change what we keep private.

Section 18

Young Athletes

  1. 18.1

The Programme is intended for adults aged 18 and over, or the age of majority where that is higher. Athletes aged 16 and 17 are accepted only with a parent’s or guardian’s written consent, with the parent joining the first call and copied on every message, and with the athlete’s own doctor involved; for academy players, the academy’s medical team is informed. For under-18s, Cycle Support is arranged with a parent’s knowledge.

  2. 18.2

We do not accept anyone under 16 and do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Section 19

Changes to This Policy

  1. 19.1

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email, in-App notice, or other prominent communication before they take effect where required by law.

  2. 19.2

If we appoint a UK or EU representative in future because the law requires it, we will update this Privacy Policy with those details.

Section 20
