How it fits
It is remote, so it fits round the timetable and every away trip, and it can run while the squad trains. Your medical department is kept informed.
Every player is 16 or over and gives written consent, with a parent's consent too under 18. Any player can say no, or stop, at any time, and the club agrees in writing that it never affects selection.
Jonathan deals directly with the manager or head of performance, and he and his company sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first call: the club's own, or his. It never stops a safeguarding report, a word with a doctor or cooperation with an anti-doping body. Beyond those, nothing about the programme leaves the club.

With your medical department
Nothing is taken, injected or applied. It sits alongside your doctors and physios, never instead, and they can pause it at any time.
Measure it
Count itfor yourselves.
Jonathan asks to be measured, and the more you measure, the more you will see. Before the programme starts, agree in writing with him the markers you already track, as many as you like, set them against your own previous seasons, and watch them through this one. The club chooses them, the club owns the numbers, and no result is promised in advance.
Days lost to injury across the squad, and the average time each injury keeps a player out
Availability for selection, week by week
Heart rate during games, and how fast it comes down afterwards, from your own monitors
High-speed running and sprints in the last fifteen minutes, per 90 played, from your GPS
Distance covered per game, from your GPS
Sleep and readiness scores, from your own wearables
Players' own morning ratings of soreness, energy and mood
Training days lost to illness
Training completed as planned, and the hours of training players can sustain
Your sport's own numbers too: strokes per minute for a rowing crew, punches thrown per round in a boxing gym, race and split times for a running or swimming squad
The number Jonathan expects to move first is days lost to injury and illness. Your medical staff keep counting them on their usual return-to-play rules, and he never asks them to change those, so the figure is a fair test.

Why now
Be the clubothers follow.
No club advertises its preparation, and Jonathan will never name yours. The team programme is by arrangement only, discussed with him in confidence and with your medical department informed from the start.
Start with one month, to see how the programme fits the squad's week. Then run it for half a season against the markers you chose, before you commit to more.
